What you need to sign up

To Sign Up, You'll Need:

  1. Qualified Driver: Ensure you have a qualified and experienced driver ready for dispatch.

  2. Signed W-9: Complete and submit a signed W-9 form for tax purposes.

  3. Proof of Insurance: Provide proof of insurance naming Arnold Trucking Xpress LLC as a Certificate Holder.

  4. Active Authority: Hold an active authority for seamless operations.

  5. 3 References: Include three professional references to vouch for your reliability.

  6. Copy of CDL: Submit a copy of the CDL for each driver being dispatched.

  7. Insurance Coverage: Maintain $1,000,000 in auto liability insurance and $100,000 in cargo coverage insurance.

  8. Security Deposit: Arrange a security deposit, credited towards your last week of service.

  9. Truck and Trailer Combo: Have a functioning truck and trailer combo ready for dispatch.

  10. Signed Dispatcher-Carrier Agreement and Power of Attorney: Complete and sign the dispatcher-carrier agreement along with the Power of Attorney.

  11. Carrier Packet: Submit the necessary carrier packet to finalize the sign-up process.
